Those libraries have never been that fast to be honest, but as far as I'm aware you can install the libs from their HD straight onto another? I just upgraded my PC and streaming/running the samples from the HD isn't too slow at all. In either case, I'm still curious as to how the external harddrive thing is working for you.I'm always worried that running substantial plugins like these on an external drive would somehow be too slow but since I've never actually tried it, I'm wondering if my concern is unfounded?I got the HD. Just to clarify, did you purchase the bundle "stand-alone" or did you grab one of the "Sound Data" harddrives? I've been looking at subscribing to Composer Cloud for a bit now but spending a month downloading all the data seems painfully annoying! I couldn't find a list of the exact libraries before I subscribed so I figured this might be useful to someone that wanted more information before signing up Here is a list of the libraries added with the pro subscription (as best as I can tell) I am considering the CCC Pro annual subscription but I want to go through the libraries offered in the standard first. The fun thing about having access to so many libraries is that you will run across something that you would have been very unlikely to have purchased but turns out to be useful or at least inspire you in a different unanticipated direction. I haven't played through each patch in each library yet but I do plan on going through most of them over the next few weeks. Here are the libraries included so far as I can tell at this time (I am a subscriber and these are the ones I downloaded. For $29 a month it seemed like an easy way to have access to a huge variety of sounds and it can definitely help you decide if you wanted to upgrade and purchase diamond versions of some of their libraries.
